Congratulations to Darren Kiehl and Angela Lane, CASD Instructional Technology Coaches, for being recognized as Outstanding Teachers by the Shippensburg University Superintendent Study Council.
Darren and Angela were recognized at a luncheon on November 17th at Shippensburg University. The honorees were selected for their outstanding service to their school communities based on their commitment to effective teaching, their dedication to students, their commitment to ongoing professional development, as well as for utilizing innovative practices in the classroom and for serving in leadership roles in their schools.
Darren and Angela were joined at the event by Christina Spielbauer, Superintendent, Colleen Friend, Assistant Superintendent, Aaron Carmichael, LeTort Elementary Principal, Jeff Friend, Director of Technology, and Stephanie Douglas, Director of Digital Learning. Also appearing in the photos is Dr. Nicole Hill, Dean of the College of Education & Human Services for Shippensburg University.
