Invitational Weekend Volunteer Signups:
Sign-ups for our invitational weekend are ready! The middle school and Stan Morgan invitationals are by far the biggest fundraisers for the Carlisle Track & Field program. They are a lot of fun and require a LOT of help. We have 100 shifts to fill, so ALL families are expected to sign up for at least one volunteer shift(or more, if you are able)! High school parents are welcome to sign up for the middle school invitational and vice versa. Sign up early to get your first choice!
There will be Boosters on-hand throughout the meet, to direct and assist volunteers! If you are interested in getting involved with the Boosters next year, please consider signing up for the Booster Tent!

Sponsorships Needed!
Carlisle T&F is seeking sponsors for the season and our upcoming invitationals, which provide sponsors an audience of athletes and families from more than 30 school districts!
Formal sponsorships range from $250 to $1,000 and include a range of benefits for sponsors (depending on sponsorship level) including: logo placement on banners and digital tickets for our two invitational meets in May; verbal recognition at home meets and invitationals; social media shout-outs; and the opportunity to set up a tent or booth at the invitationals. We also have an “any amount” Friends of Carlisle Track & Field leve for businesses and individuals who would like to give a smaller amount.
Past sponsors have often been employers of T&F athletes and family businesses. We encourage every athlete to approach at least one business, to ask if they would consider sponsoring Carlisle T&F!
The deadline is April 20 for sponsors to have their logos included on invitational banners - please reach out now!
