CONCESSION STAND VOLUNTEERS

The Boosters own a concession stand at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, which is run by volunteers during each car show. This is our #1 fundraiser and brings in significant funding for the football program.

The stand sells breakfast sandwiches in the morning, then sells hotdogs, sausages, chicken tenders, roast beef sandwiches, and fresh-cut french fries the rest of the day. Volunteers for the first shift will help to open the stand. Volunteers for the last shift help to close up the stand at the end of the day. Volunteer duties include working the register, filling drinks, cutting fries, grilling, working the fryer, assembling sandwiches, or handing out food.

Parking & gate entry: Volunteers can get a parking pass and gate pass, so that parking and entry is free of charge. For your passes, contact the Booster chair via email or use Facebook messenger to direct message the administrator of Parent/Player Facebook group.

We recommend parking and entering at Gate 1, which is the one between Desperate Times Brewing and Hamilton Elementary School. Turn in off Clay Street, then turn in at the gate and take a left. There is parking along the back of the Desperate Times parking lot (but not IN their lot). Come in through Gate 1 and turn left. The Boosters stand is the first concession stand on the right.  The PDF includes a map with directions. Directions to Concession Stand.pdf

HOME GAME VOLUNTEERS

50/50 & Program Sales: Please arrive at the stadium by 6:20 to set up. Tables, chairs and programs can be found just inside the locker room entrance. There will be instructions taped to the tables. Someone from the Boosters will be on-hand to help you get situated, provide the money box/envelope and raffle tix, and answer questions. Sales continue until the end of half-time. At that time, someone from the Booster Club will come by to collect the tickets and money. You'll put the table and chairs away and that's it!

Banner Hanging & Take-down: Please arrive at the stadium around 6:20 to hang banners along the fence at the top of the bleachers (home side) before fans start coming in. Volunteers will then need to take down the banners after the game ends. The banners are stored in the locker room entry. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to leave the banners up between games. Someone from the Boosters will be there in case you have questions.
