Internationally known composer and Director of Music Education at Messiah University, Travis Weller, Ph. D. works with CHS Symphonic Band students on one of his most recent compositions, The Haunting Call as they are preparing the selection for our fall concert scheduled for November.
Dr. Weller rehearsed the band, clarified interpretations for the students and explained his thought process as he composes his music. Students enjoyed being able to learn from and dialogue with an active composer right in their own band room!
