The Rotary Club of Carlisle honored Xavier Campbell as the September Student of the Month. He is a senior at Carlisle High School (CHS) and received this recognition for exhibiting outstanding leadership, service, and scholastic achievement to both his school and community.
Xavier a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council and Vice-President of the Black Student Union. His is a member of the football, basketball and track teams. He works at Dickinson College in the catering department and volunteers at Project Share. He plans to attend college majoring in business or science.
