The cost for each exam is $99.00. A reduced exam fee is available for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. The reduced exam fee is $20.00 per exam (**Cost pending final approval from the state). Payment is due no later than November 7, 2025. If payment is not received, it will become an obligation.
Check or Money Order should be made payable to CASD, or you can pay online through https://carlisleareaschooldistrict.square.site. When paying online, please choose CHS Counseling as store pickup, but please note that you do not need to pick up anything for AP exams.

Registration Steps:
Students must login to MyAP.CollegeBoard.org and enter the AP classroom join code for each course – you can get the code from your AP teacher, or the join code document posted in Schoology.
Once you enter the join code, you must select Yes to order your exam or No if you have no interest in taking an AP Exam.
Students must complete the registration form and bring it to the Swartz Counseling Center. Students must have a parent signature on the registration form for their registration to be complete.
Submit your AP payment via check, money order, or online payment no later than November 7, 2025.
*If you register after the November 14, 2025 deadline, you will have to pay a $40 late registration fee.
** If you decide to drop an AP exam after November 14, 2025, you will have to pay a $40 cancellation fee.
*** If you want to move an exam to the Late-Testing window, you will have to pay a $40 fee per exam.
