TRYOUT INFORMATION
Dates: August 10th & 11th

Registration Check In will be under the Tent located at entrance to Turf Field.
All interested athletes must be at the first day of tryouts.

Team Selection Process:
Each player will receive a numbered penny. Evaluations will be recorded and tallied at the end of each tryout. Determination of cuts will be driven by the accumulated score for each player and with coaches' observation notes throughout tryouts. The head coach will update the website the evening of the 10th with the penny numbers that are receiving a callback to the second day of tryouts. If your penny color and number are not listed on the callback list, that means your tryout has ended and you were not selected to move forward. The head coach will post final team selections after tryouts on the 11th. If your number appears on the website, congratulations you were selected for the team. If your number does not appear, that means you were not selected for the team and we thank you for coming out for the tryouts. If you would like to know areas of improvement that you could work on, please contact the head coach.
Physical Preparations For Tryouts:
There will be two cardio components to the first day of tryouts, which you should be adequately prepared for.
- One-Mile Run: Varsity is 6:00 or better
- Beep Test: Varsity is level 14
MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Location: Fowler Building LGI Room
After team selections, the coaching staff will conduct a mandatory parent meeting. The Carlisle Boys Soccer Booster Club will join this meeting. The expectation is that all parent's participate in the Booster Club to support our boys and to join in creating a new team and organizational culture for Carlisle Boys Soccer as a whole in our community.
