General Info:
- Lacrosse is a spring sport, with off-season training available for those not playing sports in the Fall or Winter season.
- We support (and recommend!) multi-sport athletes.
- Practices in the spring are in the evenings during the week and on Saturday mornings.
- Game times range from 4pm to 7pm during the week or possible Saturday mornings.
- Players will have an opportunity for playing time either in the Varsity or JV games.
Equipment:
- Required: Helmet, Shoulder/chest pad, arm pads, gloves, stick, cleats, protective cup, mouthpiece.
- During the season we provide a helmet to everyone and other pads to those who need them.
- Used equipment can be found on Sideline Swap (Similar to Craigslist, but specifically for sports equipment).
- Reasonably priced new equipment can be found at Dunham's (Carlisle) or Dicks (Camp Hill/Harrisburg). We recommend Maverick Shoulder pads, Warrior or STX Gloves and Arm pads.
- New Balance makes solid yet reasonably priced lacrosse cleat, but soccer or football cleats would work as well.
