March 26: Developing Continuity of Education Plan and Meals
Good Morning Carlisle Families and Staff,

We hope that everyone is doing well. We continue to appreciate the flexibility and support from our families, community, staff, and students.  As directed by the Governor and Pennsylvania Department of Education, the District is currently developing our Continuity of Education Plan. We look forward to continuing to provide strong and consistent educational opportunities for our students as we navigate this unprecedented situation.  Early next week we will be in communication with you as we finalize plans.
School Meals
The District continues to work with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide bagged meals to students. Meals will be provided at two locations on Monday, March 30th.

Sign-up form must be completed by tomorrow, Friday, March 27th, at noon:
  • Some items are perishable and will require refrigeration.
  • We cannot accommodate food allergies or restrictions.
  • Families must monitor their own children’s specific needs.
  • Every child who is receiving a meal must be present at the time of pick-up to receive a meal.
All meals must be picked up on Monday, March 30th at designated times on the form.

Stay healthy,

Christina M. Spielbauer
