Courses Offered: Contemporary Living Skills, Child Development, Family and Consumer Science Skills for Success, Foods and Baking, Foods and Nutrition, Multicultural Foods and Special Children-Special Adults. 

The Family and Consumer Science electives are year-long courses open to grades 9 through 12. All courses stress an outcome based philosophy with an emphasis placed on practical, hands-on experiences. Students can choose from a variety of options in nutrition, family living skills and skills for success.
