Samantha Martin, CHS Sophomore, placed first in the Senior Individual Website category for the Regional History Day at Messiah college on March 3, 2018. She then placed 2nd in the Senior Individual Website category for her project at the PA state-level competition of National History Day held at Carlisle High School May 11th & 12th 2018.
Her project is titled "Anonymous Source or No Source: Journalistic Conflict & Compromise," which looked at the two reporters investigating the Watergate affair and how source material used in reporting changed as a result of their investigation.
